Users and Access#

When starting out it is a good idea to get your users in order. Please confirm with or let us know who the main technical contact is, feel free to provide additional details on who should be involved in the following areas:

  • Escalations: Who will serve as points of contact if issues need to be escalated?
  • Ticket Raising & Request Authorisation: Who will be responsible for raising tickets and authorising requests? Will there be more than one person?
  • Project Access & Management: Who requires access to create projects and manage access within the organisation?

This will ensure that we have the right structure in place for efficient communication and workflow management.
